If you or someone you know feels like they could us a little more guidance, in your career, life or otherwise, you’ve come to the right place.


30% of Young Students feel they don’t have an adult in their life that they can look up to or admire. In a world where we have never been more integrated and connected, this is just not good enough.


We are looking for individuals between the ages of 16 – 25, who are looking for support and community.

The Mentee Induction Training includes:

  1. Grievance Policy Training

  2. YEmpower Ethics Framework Training

  3. Goal Ideation Guidance Training

  4. Respectful Dialogue and Debate Training

  5. Practicing Space Policy

  6. Empathy Ambassadors Training


We believe the success of this program will be dependent on how much you decide you want to invest in your own growth. Our Mentee program will focus on the following key areas:


  1. Being able to seek support from a variety of Mentors and gain access to an online Mentee’s support group

  2. A points and rewards system that sees Young Mentees build up their Mentoring capacities to a point where they feel comfortable Mentoring someone themselves one day.

    We want to maintain a consistent model of mentorship that sees mentees themselves one day become mentor ready partners. 


  3. Fostering a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages open group conversations and educates Mentors and Mentees on the value of acceptance.

  4. Creating frameworks and policies to reinforce our zero tolerance for any forms of discrimination or discriminatory behaviour.
    Goal Ideation and the importance of setting yourself actionable tasks to achieve your broader goals.
