Women in Entrepreneurship Brunch
On the 8th of March, the YEmpower team led a workshop on women's leadership and what it means to be a female leader. Listen to the recording below to find out how it went!
Become a Mentor!
Through our YEmpower mentor program, you will be supported through training initiatives and early access to our projects and products.
We are looking for individuals between the ages of 17 – 27, who are willing to commit an average of 1 hour of their time a week towards an initial training and later to the maintenance of a mentoring partnership.
If you are interested in being a Mentor or a Mentee, please get in touch and we will arrange a time to speak about your goals and what you can expect from our Mentoring Partnership Program
Help us train our Mentors!
Working with young people has challenges and we want to make sure that all our staff are trained up to support young people to their fullest. Your support would allow us to train up 10 staff to run mentoring programs
We wont take a single dollar unless we reach our goals. We believe in transparency from the ground up and will make our financial reports available to all donors within the first 12 months with full breakdown of how YOUR money was spent to support our programs.
Become a Mentee!
At YEmpower we believe that mentoring can happen at any stage of your life. If you have something to give or an experience or story to share, YEmpower is the place for that.
Studies have shown that mentorship and professional guidance is integral to an individual’s personal development. Mentoring has been widely recognised as one of the key factors contributing to skills development, psychosocial or socioemotional support, and career advancement and success
